Refund Policy

RETURNS and REFUNDS (if applicable)

Our fulfillment team is based offshore, which would mean a costly shipping fee to return the product back to us.

However, if you are unsatisfied with the product/s received, you may contact us at spiritsourcecompany@gmail.com and we will issue you a 30% refund of the product/s received that you are unhappy with -- and no need to return it.

The above terms are only applicable within 15 calendar days from the time you have received your order.

To complete your return and refund request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase in the form of a photo of all products received for the order.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

*Any product/s that has requested to be returned more than 15 calendar days after delivery will be denied.

 

 

EXCHANGES OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Items that are delivered to you defective or damaged may be exchanged for the same item only.  If your item is delivered defective or damaged, email us at spiritsourcecompany@gmail.com and we will take care of you.

 

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items may not be returned:  

  • Apparel (Shirts)
  • Home Decor (Wood Signs)
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Certain health and personal care items.

 ** Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. **

 

 

LOST OR STOLEN

Make sure to contact your LOCAL post office, before calling the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service.

Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. If the package still does not show up, please call USPS to file a claim as they might have delivered it to the wrong address or the package might have been lost/stolen.

For orders that were lost or stolen while in transit is beyond our responsibility.
Whenever you place your order, make sure to enter all of your information correctly and accurately.

Spirit Source gives no warranty and accepts no responsibility or liability for lost or stolen orders when it has been tagged as DELIVERED.

 

 

RETURN TO SENDER

Unfortunately, USPS does not send back those orders to us that they tagged as Return To Sender. They either keep it or have it thrown away.

Please get in touch with USPS as we are not able to resend it for the above reason mentioned. We only can reship it if it's our mistake.

Whenever you place your order, make sure to enter all of your information correctly and accurately.

REFUND PROCESSING

If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

 

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
